For this Behaviour Support Worker role you will be required to support secondary and college students that have SEMH needs.

You must be willing to deal with students that have extreme challenging behaviour and can be both verbally and physically abusive at times.

ue to the nature of the students, all Behaviour Support Workers must be very positive, enthusiastic and resilient to take on the role effectively.
