Well established Manufacturer based in Barnstaple making a wide range of packaging.
What is the Purpose of the Production Operative role?
Ensuring correct inks are stocked, formulated/mixed and utilised in time for the production schedule.
What will the responsibilities be of the Production Operative?
Formulating inks and delivering to printers .
Issuing printing plates.
Returning inks & printing plates & booking into stock.
Ensuring all product is available ahead of schedule. What are the qualifications and experience required for the Production Operative?
Experience in a factory/printing environment or laboratory environment would be advantageous
Attention to detail
Able to schedule work and prioritise
Capacity to learn. What you will get in return:
£11.60 per hour paid weekly in arrears
Paid breaks
Parking on site
Opportunities to go Permanent and go onto company pay scale
