Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, project management or similar preferred.
3 to 8 years construction project administration experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
Must be flexible and have strong multi-tasking capabilities.

Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
Requirements
Assist and report the project executive/director in project development management aspects.
Coordinate and follow up with the CM/ subcontractors and design consultants on shop drawing preparation/approval, RFI, submittals, etc.;
Conduct site management, perform jobsite visits, issue observations, track equipment/material deliveries and project schedule, oversee site safety; quality/performance issues on and off site;
Assist in obtaining TCO and CO;
Assist in transmission to HOA;
Conduct punchlist and follow up punchlist;
Assist in buyer’s occupation;
Deal with buyer’s complaints;
Review requisitions, proceed payments;
Document Control and management;
Review Change orders;
Close out with CM, contractors/subcontractors;
Provide support to as required.
