Job Description:

As a Mini Melts Traveling Ops Team member, you will act in a capacity in which you will assist the company Nationwide.  You will travel 3 of 4 weeks of the month at a minimum, You will be assigned special projects as indicated by management that will aid in the growth of the company.  Mini Melts is an ever growing company looking to expand our footprint nationally and need a specialized corporate team to assist with this. 

Job Duties: 

Deliver to all types of customer locations. GNG Customers, Wholesale Customers, and Vending Locations. 

Assist in the set up of new depots.

This may include: 

Driver/Merch/warehouse training 

Setting up warehouses 

Assisting with vehicle rentals and set up

Working with the accounting team 

Work with new & existing warehouses to share and establish best practices to improve efficiency

Delivery vehicle set up/procedures 

Inverters, parts, tools, ice cream, etc

Product handling

Location Specific Delivery procedures 

Warehouse layout & set up

Manage and assist in large customer roll outs across the country. 

Assisting all facilities nationwide in their day to day operation as needed.  This may include but would not be limited to

Vending installs and swaps 

Installs and  large customer rollouts 

Running daily routes in the event of a labor shortage 

Preparing equipment for install

Maneuvering equipment between depots 

Preparing equipment or product for shipping 

Requirements

Ability to Travel 3 weeks a month

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Valid Driver’s License

Clean Driving Record (3 Years)

Pre-employment physical

Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 45-50 hours per week

Must Be able to Pass a criminal background check
