Key Responsibilities:
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Coordinating and managing schedules and appointments
Assisting with marketing communications, including emails and newsletters, and supporting website and social media management
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Managing email communications
Handling and processing mail
Supporting various special projects as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time
Part-time (30 hours per week)
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 2:00pm
In-Person
Full-time
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
In-Person
Compensation:
$20 an hour
