As the HR Account Manager you will be a key driver in leading our EOR HR team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient employment solutions for our clients. This exempt role requires a deep understanding of HR compliance, payroll processes, and benefits administration, coupled with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Lead and mentor the HR team in delivering EOR services, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and client needs, with a focus on EOR services and payroll management.

Collaborate with senior management to continuously improve HR processes and client service delivery.

EOR Service Management:

Oversee the administration of Employer of Record services, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their employees.

Act as a subject matter expert on EOR services, providing guidance to both internal teams and clients.

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and services.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor HR solutions accordingly.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate HR services, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.

Manage benefits administration, including medical, dental, and vision programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication with employees.

Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure payroll and benefits practices are compliant with local regulations and company policies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Stay informed on local and international labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR processes are compliant.

Lead audits and reviews of HR practices to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Develop and implement best practices for HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.

Documentation and Reporting:

Ensure accurate and organized documentation of employee records, payroll, and benefits information.

Prepare and present detailed reports on HR activities, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Lead the creation and updating of process documentation for EOR and payroll procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5-7 years of experience in HR with a focus on EOR services, payroll, and benefits administration.

Strong understanding of HR compliance, local labor laws, and international HR practices.

Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, with a track record of delivering high-quality service.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Mandarin proficiency is required.
