We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities at Lockwood STEAM Academy.

Benefits:

Pay rate: $60,000 - $66,560 Yearly DOE

40 hours a week (Typical work hours are from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm)

16 BACR paid holidays

Minimum Requirements

3 years experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program

1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team

Available Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site

Meeting agency and district recording requirements: attendance, payroll, and compliance

Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students

Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team

Coaching and mentoring of staff
