Teachers On Demand, INC is an educational staffing and recruiting firm that partners with K-12 schools around the United States. We are committed to assisting schools in the recruitment of high-quality educators on a permanent basis. We are seeking professional long-term substitutes for the following grades and subjects:

SPED Middle School (3) English Language Arts (ELA) or (2) Math

7:30 Am to 4:00 Pm (Long-term/Remainder24/25)

Paid Vacation/Breaks

PTO 8-days

Our client: Our client is a charter school management organization operating a network of educational communities - with innovative approaches that get 100% of our graduates accepted to four-year colleges.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Plan instruction that creates independent learning opportunities for students.  

Present a passion for learning, growth mindset and a love for reading. 

Provide cognitively engaging lessons and learning activities.

Qualities we are looking for:

Address the learning needs of all learners in your classroom. 

Use the principles of restorative justice to manage conflicts and redirect undesired behavior. 

Manage student behaviors and use mistakes as learning opportunities. 

Hold a high bar for effort, persistence and quality of work.  

Celebrate progress and recognize student achievement.

Requirements

$375 daily with 5-years experience with MA or Professional/Provisional Teachers License

$360 daily with 5-years experience with BA

$342 daily with 3-years experience with BA

$330 daily with 1-year experience with Ma or Professional/Provisional Teachers License

$315 daily with 1-year experience with BA
