We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Transportation team in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of quality standards across Kier Transportation Major Projects, including significant schemes like the HS2 Civil Works at Calvert North. You'll collaborate with the client EKFB and project leaders, manage compliance and regulations, and promote Kier Group's values.

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - some remote working available, with travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Salary: £43k - £52k + private healthcare + car allowance + benefits
Responsibilities
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll lead quality assurance initiatives, mentor teams, and act as the primary point of contact for quality issues, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and internal standards.
Your day to day will include:
Understand and implement ownership of ITP Plans and their Checklists ensuring compliance throughout the construction phases
Understand and implement Quality, technical assurance and completion requirements to ensure ITP's are in EKFB format and conform with HS2 requirements and contain the correct document references
Develop and utilise relationships with Designer, Client representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver all ITP related aspects of quality and assurance, ensuring where required, specific information is passed to the construction delivery teams for inclusion in their work programmes
Actively supporting the Section Quality and Completion Managers and Assurance Engineers
