A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .:
Operates across multiple departments in addition to the Front-End including Restaurant Operations, Grocery, Bulk Foods, Produce and other departments as assigned by the Front End. Those not 21 years of age may not work in Beer/Wine/Spirits, nor do take-backs of alcoholic beverages
Bags and carries out groceries
Retrieves and organizes carts
Assists with Restaurant Operations: Bus tables, deliver food to tables, check in with guests, and clean tables when needed
Assists with price checks when needed
Maintains the cleanliness of the front-end/parking lot/restrooms/restaurant
Assists with sanitation of carts, handbaskets, and frequently touched surfaces
Provides excellent guest service
Greets guests and thanks guests for their patronage
Anticipates and fulfills the guest’s needs
Ensures products are fresh, faced, rotated and well-stocked, including throwing freight
Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and guests
Supports and follows all company and department policies
Supports and follows sustainability programs and safety and security policies
Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand, and Business Principles
