The Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) group specializes in financing solutions for middle market companies within industries such as telecommunications infrastructure, software, information and tech-enabled services, entertainment, music and commercial/tribal gaming. Our products and services support the development, expansion, equipment and strategic acquisition needs of our clients, including companies within the TMT sectors as well as financial sponsors investing in TMT companies.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Work as part of a Deal Team on live transactions, engaged in many aspects of credit underwriting and portfolio management, including company and industry due diligence, financial analysis, credit memo preparation and portfolio management activities.

Participate in internal credit approval meetings and client/customer calls, as appropriate.

Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking, and community service events.

Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program.

Internship dates: 5/28/2025 - 8/01/2025

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience

Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program which runs from 5/28/2025 to 8/01/2025) with expected graduation date in Spring 2026

Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program.

Preferred qualifications:

3.0 minimum GPA

Strong desire to learn and grow

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major/concentration in finance, accounting, or economics

Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program.

Positive attitude, naturally curious and enjoy collaborating with others

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Critical thinking skills

Ability to multitask and balance multiple deliverables

Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs

Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $22.44/hr - $34.32/hr. This position is not eligible for the benefits program.
