Are you a focused yet energetic Dental Front Staff Team Member seeking a new challenge while supporting your community? If you do, we want you to apply ! 

At Commonwealth Dental Clinic, we are changing our appraoch to provide excellent extraction and denture services to the Medicaid and self-pay community . If you’re looking to make a change from standard general dentistry we’d love an opportunity to tell you more about the position. As a front desk team member with Commonwealth Dental Clinic, you will be asked to support all standard dental front desk duties. You’ll have monthly bonus potential, competitive pay, and full benefits plus a fun energetic atmosphere . There is no other community dental practice quite like ours! 

Responsibilities:

As a Front Office staff member, you play an important role in our office and  perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Veriify insurance for all clinical appointments.

Collect all monies due for services rendered.

Develop and maintain doctor schedules as necessary.

Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.

Responsible for Account Receivable to include, sending of billing statements, aging reports, and collections, if applicable.

File insurance pre-determinations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
