Responsibilities:
Primary duties for the Sales Manager include:
Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards
Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve
Handles all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines
Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff
Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements
Direct the staff in setup of new sales events
Take part in the training of new sales associates
Participates in management meetings
Requires punctuality and regular attendance
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Position Requirements for the Sales Manager:
Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees
Must be able to complete required reports on time as assigned
Requires good organizational skills
Position requires regular weekend availability
