Overview:
Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Medical Offer to be part of our Clinical Admin team in Hendersonville, NC.

What You'll Do::
The Assistant Chief Medical Officer will assist the Chief Medical Officer for managing all BRCHS clinical operations. Responsibilities include:
Will assist to provide clinical and administrative guidance in all areas of primary medical care.
Works closely with the CMO and Senior Staff to coordinate clinical activities.
Coordinates and collaborates with other departments to establish and carry out operational responsibilities.
Assists in the review of operating policies and procedures as needed.
Helps direct the basic activities in collecting and analyzing medical information to improve clinical outcomes.
Accepts additional responsibilities as required that may include but are not limited to:
Oversees MOUD Services
Helps with grants and follow through
Clinical initiative coordination
Coder incorporation and possible supervision
Oversees advanced practice providers
What We're Looking For::
Degree from an accredited University.
Board certification in primary specialty.
Three years of clinical practice experience.
An in-depth understanding of and experience with ambulatory clinical operations.
Some knowledge of finance, cost control and productivity enhancements.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills with Health Center staff and members of the community.
Currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of North Carolina.
Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of modern medicine.
