Responsibilities:
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a 2nd shift Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our Martin Brower fleet shop in Stockton (Manteca), CA.
Shift: Full-Time l 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:00PM l Sunday - Thursday
Pay: $100,000-$120,000K annually (Based on experience and qualifications) + Potential annual Bonus

Position Responsibilities:
The Fleet Shop Manager has full accountability for maintenance and repair, parts inventory control, budgeting, transactional data quality, and management services
As the Fleet Shop Manager, you will reinforce all safety rules, eliminate maintenance failures, and identify systematic opportunities for improvement in operations and maintenance at local facilities
You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, handle hiring and recruiting, and achieve financial goals for the facility
You will analyze operating metrics, provide guidance on trends, and develop actions to correct performance inefficiencies and reduce expenses
Must be able to travel occassionally
Overseeing union employees a plus but not required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience
Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles
