Responsibilities:

Professionals in project planning and control are responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Noblis is currently seeking a Project Planner to utilize their expertise in project management methodologies, scheduling techniques, and risk management to drive project success and achieve organizational objectives.

*This position is 100% on-site at the customer site.

The Project Planner role involves:

- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and identifying resource requirements and constraints.

- Monitoring and tracking project progress, performance, and expenditures against baseline plans, and identifying and addressing deviations and risks to ensure project objectives are met.

- Conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and communicating project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients.

- Planning, executing, and controlling projects, mitigating risks, and achieving project success.

You will be responsible for learning and using Noblis’ standard principles, concepts, processes, structure, techniques, tools, and methodologies to solve routine real-world problems using basic skills. You will apply particular project or technical/functional area knowledge and concepts and operate with close supervision, following direction and guidance from others. 

Required Qualifications:

Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, with a focus on ensuring project timelines and milestones are met. Proficient in Microsoft applications like Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of inventory management, resource allocation, and project scope management. An understanding of hardware assembly is highly desired.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with highly effective time and project management abilities.

Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree + 3 years of experience OR High School Diploma + 3 years of experience.

Must have a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years (total) of recent experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution, with a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing project deliverables, timelines

Ability to track project progress to ensure on-time delivery and project success.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

USD $46,200.00 - USD $72,225.00 /Yr.
