Job Description:
To make sure all Housekeeping, Spa and Food & Beverage linen is processed and delivered to meet the expectations of Omni standards.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Pick up and deliver clean and dirty linens to Housekeeping, Spa, Jefferson Pools, Snead’s, Casino, Uniform Room, Outdoor Pool, and Owner’s Club.
Ensure linens are delivered to correct areas of resort
Provide customer service to guests and internal guests, as well as greeting guests who pass by in hallways.
Able to communicate with all departments to know where linen is needed
Multi-tasking when doing valet and production deliveries
Completes other duties as assigned
Clean and check maintenance of vehicle
Fill out daily delivery sheet of clean linens
Helps in laundry when slow with deliveries
Hotel Specific Essential Functions:
Ability to drive larger truck
Use of: Truck, truck lift and weigh scales
Self motivated
Tools and Equipment:
Radio, pen/pencil
Vehicle
Working Environment:
Exterior and Interior of hotel. Exposure to extreme heat and humidity.
Exposure to hazardous laundry cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a MVRGood Driving recordAbility to push pull heavy loads, above 100 poundsWork well in a team, independently, in a fast-paced environmen
