Who You Are:
Entry level position to provide operational support to the marketing department in all manners. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the position is accountable for all duties assigned.
What You'll Do:
Routine Tasks:
Provide customer service by monitoring and answering customer inquiries through emails or phone, and recording all inquiries into an internal database keep information up-to-date.
Maintain community engagement on all social media platforms, assist content planning, creation and posting in these platforms.
Maintain and organize an internal content library and leverage content for multiple channel usage.
Coordinate product sampling and donations requests and collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of products.
Manage and continued optimize email, SMS and Flow marketing.
Provide Sales team a bi-weekly report on Marketing efforts and activities.
Maintain and manage marketing materials (e.g. sell sheet and branded merchandises) inventory and replenishment.
Assist in external data-syncing platforms for retail marketing.
Project-Based Activites:
Assist and coordinate Website and digital platform content updates.
Coordinate tradeshow planning and logistics.
Manage Partner Portals and ensure timely update of all information.
Assist market research as assigned and provide adequate reports for decision making.
Conduct research on and out-reach to appropriate partnerships and brand-collaboration opportunities.
Assist in all emerging opportunity-based projects as needed.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum one year of prior office work experience. Work experience in a Marketing support role is preferred
Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Canva
Working knowledge of Social Media - Meta Business Suite / Ad Manager
Experience with content creation preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, and also as a team member.
Proven interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to plan the work, prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting
Travel by personal and public transportation (including air plane) for business
