Responsibilities:

2nd Shift Fabrication Department Clerk will be responsible for assisting the fabrication team through various clerical functions including but not limited to:

Assist individuals with filling out vacations and/or excuse in advance forms

Answer phones

Assist employees with payroll issues

Perform basic office duties

Data entry

Assist with processing time-cards for payroll

Document attendance

Communicate with other departments regarding employee issues

Assist employees with any other concerns they may have

Other duties as assigned

Hours for this position are Monday through Saturday 5 pm to 2 am.  Training for this position is available. Most Saturdays are scheduled and the schedule may vary.

This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates for the 2nd Shift Fabrication Department Clerk position should have the following:

Ability to use phone, fax, scanner and copier

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening/comprehension skills

Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a positive attitude

Reliable attendance with the willingness to be at work every day on time

Good time management skills

Perform tasks accurately and efficiently

Ability to work as a team and also at times alone

Must be available to work scheduled fabrication production hours, typical hours are 5 pm to 2 am

Ability to multi-task

Computer knowledge, proficient in Excel, and the aptitude for learning computer programs quickly

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is preferred
