Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of a Inventory Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for helping the inventory process in a timely manner to meet the daily replenishment demands, meet productivity expectations, work deadlines, handle administration duties, trouble shooting, and problem solving.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

Maintain a high level of inventory productivity and efficiency

Assist with the inventory process to meet customer deadlines

Ensures the inventory is opearting a safe material handling equipment process

Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish shipping  mission in a safe, effective manner.

Assist in resolving discrepancies with zero'd product and skipped product. 

Monitors the flow of paperwork from inventory controls to shipping for timely data entry.

Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication

Help navigate and prioritize incoming product.

Monitor systems and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction

Keep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards

Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements: Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to work Weekends!

1 year inventory experience

Experience with WMS/ inventory management system and RF technology.

Must possess ability to multi-task and adjust to dynamic order flow fluctuations as needed

Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to identify areas drifting behind in production and proactively act to get back on track

Experience in tracking metrics, including key performance indicators such as team member productivity.

Knowledge of automotive parts preferred

Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Must possess outstanding customer relations skills

Strong skills and experience in team/personnel management

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated drive to achieve results

Ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/ walk for up to 10 hours, able to squat, bend and reach, able to climb and descend stairs safely (applies to locations with stairs)

Ability to work powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker etc)

Maintain and promote workplace safety

Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
