We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.

Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
