Key Responsibilities:
Drive 21 days, followed by 9 days off (7 days home plus 2 travel days).
Run 100% no-touch dry van freight in IL, IN, KY, WV, VA, DC, PA, MD, MA, NJ, CT, DE, SC, and NC.
Operate new model trucks with advanced features and assigned vehicles, ensuring no slip seating.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual earnings between $93,000 and $112,000.
Mileage pay: $0.67 - $0.72 CPM based on experience and hazmat endorsement.
Additional $0.06 CPM bonus paid at the end of the year.
Company-paid travel expenses for home and return trips.
Full benefits after 60 days, including PTO, BCBS medical, dental, 401K, and incentive pay.
Rider policy (driver responsible for passenger transportation costs).
Requirements:
12 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
No DUI in PMV in the last 7 years and only one in a lifetime (never in CMV).
