Job Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
Program PLCs, custom controllers, and electronic circuits.
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, lubrication charts, and wiring schematics.
Examine equipment components for indications of excessive wear and defects.
Repair, replace, adjust, and align machinery and equipment components using basic power hand tools, specialized tools, welding torches, lifts, and hoists.
Clean and lubricate machines.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Education Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical industrial maintenance.
An Associate degree from an accredited trade/technical school or program is also considered.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of 480v circuitry, can interpret schematics, and use electronic testing equipment.
Knowledge and troubleshooting of 3-phase motors, motor control circuits, VFDs, and servos.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing is a plus.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
