Position: Nurse Practitioner
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Job Description:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Provide primary and specialty healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
Offer counseling and education to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and coordinate care.
Requirements
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure/certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Certification in a specialty area (Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology. Surgery, Urgent Care, Hematology) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
