Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000
What we are looking for:
We are seeking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team in California state providing therapy services to clients. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will conduct individual therapy sessions, assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Employment Type: Full-time
What you’ll do:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation electronically
Stay current on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions
Requirements
What we need:
Master's degree in Counseling or in a related field
Active licensure as a Counselor (LPCC) in California.
At least 2 years of Experience working with adolescents and adults in a therapeutic setting
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
One year or more of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting (preferred)
Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols
Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications
