We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Core Catalysts, LLC. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes and workflows within our organization. Your primary goal will be to identify areas of inefficiency, develop strategies for improvement in order to enhance overall operational effectiveness, manage projects and improve efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate existing operational workflows and processes
Identify areas of inefficiency and develop strategies for improvement
Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and standard operating procedures
Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and determine success of process improvements
Provide regular reports and updates to management on operational performance
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
Previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
Strong acumen for Business Operations
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
