Collection Manager Responsibilities:

Hire, develop & motivate team members

Manage delinquency & charge-off 

Pull & review collection & lending reports

Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Collections Manager Requirements:

Consumer based collections experience

Management/leadership experience

Leadership, computer & customer service skills

Valid driver’s license

Collections Manager Work Hours:

No Sundays

5-day work week schedule

40 - 45 hours per week

1 Saturday off per month

Weekday off if a Saturday is worked

Office hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
