D2B Groups is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our client's equipment delivered that is focused on Data Center applications. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of systems in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of building systems and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.

Evaluate project progress, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies as needed.

Oversee quality control measures to ensure all installations and commissioning meet industry standards and client expectations.

Work closely with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Lead project meetings and present updates to clients and management.

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing MEP projects in a construction environment.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, energy efficiency practices, and building codes.

Skills and Abilities:

Proven project management skills, with an emphasis on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for client interactions.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
