2+ years experience in the Construction Remodel Field REQUIRED. Any experience with Bathroom remodel, tile, plumbing or finish carpentry preferred. We provide our Construction Leads on the job training, all trucks, tools and gas cards provided, and OT opportunities to add more to your paycheck! On average, our leads make $80k-150k+ within one year of employment!
Requirements
What you offer as a Construction Lead:
2+ years in the construction field: finish carpentry, plumbing, bathroom remodel or in-home renovation experience preferred, with ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square; ability to use power tools; ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Ability to maintain pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers
Possess reasoning ability with diagnostic skills to get issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
Punctual, hard working, reliable

Stable and constant 40+hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x) if wanted; Weekly Pay.
Pay ranges $25-38+ per/hr, + bi weekly bonuses + OT (installer pay can range from $70k-$150k, DOE)
Promotional abilities to Management, Plumbing roles, etc.
Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation; Health/Vision/Dental Insurance (if wanted), paid holidays; 401K with matching.
