Cultivate and maintain relationships with guests, event planners, and group organizers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion tactics.

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients to secure bookings and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to plan and execute group events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional guest experiences.
