JOB DETAILS
Day Shift: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate starts at $30-$35 per hour
Up to $1,500 Retention Bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance Technician III is an Electro-Mechanical position and responsibilities will include but not be limited to supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment as needed, tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts.
Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments
Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition
Advanced understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current and resistance
Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc.
Advanced understanding of electrical safety and motor control circuits and programmable drives
Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues
Complete projects to add electrical circuits and controls, new equipment and relocate machines
Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including repairs of cylinders and other components
Perform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions
Enter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program Monitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms
Adjust equipment based on Statistical Process Control data and team with QA
Train Level I and II technicians in more complex tasks and skills
Performs other duties as assigned
