Role: Organisational Development Consultant
Salary: £47,621 to £56,025 per annum
Location: Hybrid - Work Anywhere - Chelmsford, Essex
Contract: 12 month Fixed Term
As an Organisation Development (OD) Consultant you will drive the organisational success by aligning both the ‘hard’ (structures, processes) and ‘soft’ (culture, values) elements of the system to enhance overall performance. You will design and implement impactful interventions that support individual, team, and organisational growth, fostering high-performing teams. Key tasks include managing change initiatives, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
You will collaborate with People and Organisational Development teams, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver on the OD strategy and key workforce initiatives. A strong focus on employee experience, change management, and developing critical capabilities across the organisation is essential. You will also evaluate and continuously improve OD programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute OD strategies to boost performance.
* Lead change management, leadership, and cultural programs.
* Collaborate with leaders to address organisational challenges.
* Apply data-driven diagnostics to inform interventions.
* Ensure OD integration with leadership, wellbeing, and people strategies.
Skills and Experience:
* Degree in OD, HR, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
* CIPD membership (Chartered level preferred).
* Proven experience in OD, change management, and leadership development.
* Strong communication, influencing, and project management skills.
* Business acumen and ability to align OD initiatives with strategic goals
