About the role:
As a Growth Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy. You will conduct comprehensive market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and help shape the future direction of the company. In this role, you will also be responsible for producing high-quality reports and dashboards, utilizing tools like Power BI or Tableau to present data-driven insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

The Growth Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and will have the autonomy to lead projects from concept to execution. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Some of the key responsibilities for the Growth Analyst will involve the following:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, product lines, and customer segments.
Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and presentations using Power BI or Tableau to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute growth strategies that align with overall business goals.
Lead projects focused on identifying and implementing new growth initiatives, working cross-functionally with other departments.
Regularly present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Continuously explore and implement new data sources and analytical methods to enhance the accuracy and depth of insights. The ideal candidate for the Growth Analyst role will have the following background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (required).
Prior experience in a growth, business, or market analysis role.
Strong track record of conducting market research and analyzing business data to drive growth initiatives.
Proficient in Power BI or Tableau for creating advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
