The Contract Administrative Assistant RAKH will support all Branches within AFRL/PZL and will directly support RAKH Branch and Section Chiefs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports, papers, and briefings In Accordance With (IAW) DAFH 33-337 and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326

Perform the lifecycle tasks associated with Contract Closeout

Coordinate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, taskers, suspense’s, and responses.

Perform Records Management at the Branch or Division level.

Provide recommendations regarding administrative & office management processes & procedures.

Prepare agendas, reports, documents, and briefings.

Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars, and conference room schedules.

Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries.

Manage and maintain internal office trackers, rosters, and lists.

Manage Purchase Requests and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests. This includes retrieval from Government systems (CCaR, FM Suite, DEAMS, Etc.), logging and tracking, and distribution to appropriate personnel.

Assist with Quarterly and Annual Awards

Other Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant function as required by Division or Branch

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ablity to obtain tier III – Secret adjudicated security clearance.

Fully proficient in the following systems within 3 months of start date:Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Ability to learn, execute, and eventually train others within 6 months of start date in the following systems:ConWrite, ConAward, CON-IT, CCaR, FMSuite, and DEAMs, KT-Fileshare, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment
