Job Description:

The Network Support Center Representative builds and maintains Fieldprint Station workstations, manages parts inventories and repairs, and provides end users with any necessary technical support and training.   Network Support Center Representatives have two designations, call center representative and warehouse representative.

We are currently seeking a warehouse representative for our team. You will handle most of the warehouse duties, but also may need to get on the phone and handle customer service when needed. 

This is an in office position out of Mt. Laurel, NJ, with the hours of 8am-4pm. This position pays $16.20hr. 

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites that are installed in remote sites around the country.  This support includes both phone/email support and onsite support as necessary.

Provide return authorizations and manages the shipping process for devices in the field that are defective.

Build, test, track, and deploy Fieldprint Station workstations in a reliable and reproducible manner.

Manage “spares” inventory levels to ensure that spares are on hand.

Manage the warranty repair process with vendors to ensure that defective units are repaired/replaced in a timely fashion.

Create and track initial user accounts that are installed on all machines.

Log all hardware and software that is deployed and track shipping to ensure arrival at remote sites.

Provide installation services and startup testing on new units to ensure they are functioning properly in the field.

Develop “build” documents that details the setup processes and configuration settings of the various Fieldprint Station implementation options. 

Provide end user training either via phone or in person as required to ensure that end users are able to use the Fieldprint Station and Livescan device successfully.

Understand and provide training on scanning protocols to ensure that end users are both aware of and capable of following Fieldprint’s scanning requirements.

Required Skills:

Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to use power tools

Excellent customer service skills

Professional and positive attitude

Knowledge of basic computer terminology and parts of a computer.

Knowledge of various necessary software and hardware programs.

Manage multiple tasks or projects.

Education:

The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
