Per-Diem Receptionist

What You'll Do:

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently

Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities

Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents

Qualifications of a Receptionist include:

High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Ability to read, write and comprehend English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications

Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
