Position Overview:

International's System Integration team is responsible for the calibration development and interaction management of control modules on our vehicles. The engineer in this position will help lead the team throughout the product development cycle from charter to Job 1 & beyond. This position will participate in the development of the latest industry technologies such as Diesel Powertrain, Electric Vehicle (EV), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and Autonomous driving vehicles.

The System Integration - Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is responsible for identifying and developing Development & Verification Work Plans to meet program objectives and timings. The System Integration EPM will work cross functionally with different departments within the Embedded Systems organization to identify, develop, coordinate, maintain, and report out on the status of the System Integration team deliverables to other functions of the International organization.

Responsibilities:

Integrate the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the calibration deliverables throughout the Product Development process

Define, maintain, and communicate calibration maturity to the rest of the organization

Define, maintain, and communicate resource plan and budget for the System Integration team

Support contract development with various suppliers

Manage overall calibration plan including scope definition, timing implementation, misc. pre-requisites, and deliverables to internal/external customers

Create executive review agenda and ensure presentations are prepared, reviewed, and prioritized appropriately

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

At least 8 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience

At least 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities

OR

Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

At least 6 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience

At least 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities

OR

PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

At least 3 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience

At least 1 year leading others in engineer/design activities

Additional Requirements:

Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
