Overview:
At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! Foot Locker is seeking a Quality Assurance Evaluator. This position is vital to the success of our brand as you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have positive experiences by evaluating the interactions they have with our contact center specialists.
This position is located in our Wausau, WI office.
Available full-time shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Mandatory extra hours as required based on business needs.
Compensation: $16.50 / hour
Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training starting October 14th from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday. Additionally, there would be 1-2 weeks of in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and scoring Customer Contact Center Specialists for customer service quality, script adherence, accuracy, and effectiveness
Communicating with leadership to ensure consistency, accuracy, and uniformity of reporting
Running daily and monthly Quality Assurance reports
Assisting with incoming customer calls, emails, and/or chats as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient computer navigation skills
Ability to multi-task
Positive mindset and solutions-oriented
Written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism when speaking with internal and external customers
