Overview:
The Mgr, Medical Office is responsible for overseeing the performance and day to day administrative functions of office, clinical operations, and quality of patient experience. The individual is also responsible for achieving the financial performance and revenue growth strategy for the office. The Medical Office Manager will manage the daily work flow of team members, provide leadership and foster employee development.
Responsibilities
Oversee performance and day to day administrative functions of business operations, clinical operations and quality of patient experience
Develop team members by providing effective leadership, coaching and mentoring includes identifying opportunities for improvement
Manage P&L and drive year over year revenue and profit growth. Implement, and ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols
Manage budget including optimizing resources, overseeing expenses to achieve monthly budget, and overseeing medical and office supply inventory
Oversee HR related functions including maintaining efficient staffing levels, interviewing, hiring, training, conducting performance evaluations, and developing improvement plans
Ensure patient experience and clinical quality objectives are obtained includes resolving patient issues by developing timely, effective, logical and creative solutions
Qualifications
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates
Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company
Bachelor’s degree preferred
