WorkShop Repair Shift Manager - Milton Keynes - 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

WOULD IDEALLY SUIT APPLICANTS WITH MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN EITHER A MANUFACTURING, FACTORY, MECHANICAL OR ENGINEERING BACKGROUND

£36,900 per annum plus enhanced holiday pay and free parking
Extremely long term role that is highly likely to go permanent Purpose of role:

Managing a team manufacturing repair Operatives - 2pm - 10pm shift
Overseeing repair work on containers and similar items
Carrying out Risk assessments and making sure Safe Systems of Work are followed.
Report on performance against targets
Carrying out quality audits Essential Experience:

Management or supervisory experience in a factory, workshop, engineering, manufacturing environment
Mechanical Experience and/or good manufacturing/engineering knowledge
Previous experience of working in a factory, workshop, engineering or manufacturing environment
Experience of carrying out quality audits and a strong understanding of health and safety
Milton Keynes 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday- £36,900 per annum - very long term role with excellent chance for offer of permanent contract.
