We're currently seeking an Installation Engineer based in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in both back-office setup and on-site installation and maintenance of our cutting-edge projects across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing the installation of new projects within the UK, ensuring all consumables are in place and adhering to our Health, Safety, and Quality standards.

Assisting the Operations Manager with coordinating installations carried out by third parties.

Maintaining all monitoring systems to ensure full functionality and compliance with company standards, along with completing necessary site documentation.

Managing small projects or sections of larger ones, ensuring they meet agreed budgets, quality, and objectives.

Proactively communicating any changes in project scope to ensure they are managed and controlled effectively.

Preparing site documentation in line with company and client requirements.

Professionally communicating with clients at the site level and providing technical support and training.

Updating project folders with relevant information and attending site visits for new installations to gather necessary details.

Assisting the Technical Team with research and trials of new sensors and suggesting platform enhancements.

Strong ability to liaise with internal project teams and communicate client deliverables as a priority.

A deep understanding of Uby's role and purpose in the industry and the services we provide.

Flexibility to take on any other duties reasonably requested.
