I am supporting a market leading, FM provider in their search for a new shift engineer for a site in EC postcode maintaining a landlord contract.

£48,000 - £49,000 + overtime

Continental shift pattern - 12 hour shifts days and nights

Commercial office space

Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance
Plant room checks
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment, closed water systems
Chillers
Plumbing
BMS Systems
PPM's and reactive maintenanceRequirements:

NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
