Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to children with ASD, assisting with their academic, social, and emotional development.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans (IEPs).
Support students with their social skills and assist with sensory needs where necessary.

Requirements:
Experience working with children with ASD or other Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school setting is essential.
Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or a related field is preferred.

Patience, empathy, and the desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
