Responsibilities:

Timely and accurate management accounts production.
Financial control, including balance sheet reconciliations.
Board and management information preparation.
Operational controls application and improvement suggestions.
Margin analysis.
Managing pensions, payroll taxes, and deductions.
VAT submissions and compliance.
Profit improvement insights through trend and cost analysis.
Historical and forward-looking reporting to management.
Supporting and developing junior team members.

The Candidate: ideal for an ambitious candidate who is newly qualified or has a few years of post-qualification experience.

Whether you’ve qualified through CIMA in industry or are ACA-trained with an audit background and seeking your first move into industry, this role could be the perfect next step.

Candidates with a manufacturing background will be particularly desirable, but if you come from a different sector and have the drive to succeed in a dynamic and growth-focused workplace, I encourage you to apply!
