About the role: We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, welcoming junior school in Barking and Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children with Autism, both verbal and non-verbal, within Key Stage 2. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day support of students with Autism, working both one-on-one and in group settings. You’ll be working hands-on with children offering consistent support to help them reach their full potential. The role will require confidence, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges. You will be integral to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment, helping students engage, communicate, and thrive.
