In this role you will:
• Manage the cycle of claims through the system, monitoring quality and detail.
• Assess the write up of claims to ensure maximum recovery from factory and 3rd party suppliers.
• Utilise multiple systems to identify improvements relating to claims in progress, becoming the ‘go to’ for systems and processes.
• Communicate with the network to improve the quality of claims and material.
• Bring unique viewpoints and experiences that can contribute to more innovative and creative ways of working.
• Ensure adherence to factory warranty and contract rules.

About you:

• Experience using and learning new systems – the ability to work on multiple systems to extract and monitor information.
• Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail, identifying improvement areas and ensuring quality control.
• Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date.
• Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
• Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
