The Solution Group is actively recruiting a skilled Project Manager to oversee secondary steelwork projects based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in architectural metalwork to manage high-profile projects and contribute to our ongoing success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of secondary steelwork projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to final handover.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met within deadlines.
* Effectively manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
* Conduct regular site visits, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
Essential Requirements:
* Significant project management experience, ideally within the construction or steelwork sectors.
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with architectural metalwork, including fabrication and installation.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
