Compliance & Supply Chain Administrator – Construction Contractor
* c£25k to £30k

My client is specialises in Commercial construction projects, predominantly Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment working with blue chip clients in the public and private sector creating workplaces and environments that enhance their client’s business processes.
The Compliance & Supply Chain Administrator Role
The Compliance & Supply Chain Administrator supports the Compliance & Supply Chain Manager to ensure they maintain a positive momentum in all dealings with supply chain, along with the supporting the compliance process in the delivery of their projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide administration and support to the Compliance & Supply Chain Manager.
* Proactive support in the progression and conclusion of supply chain pre-qualifications
* Ensure that supply chain data and information is current and accurate
* Maintain supply chain database
* Ensure that supply chain scoring and feedback is managed effectively and communicated consistently and clearly to the supply chain and internally.
* Support and ideally own the process of collation of O+M Manuals for all completed projects, ensuring all information is obtained from supply chain/internally
* Support for compliance team – ISO, supply chain and general administration support
* Identify process improvement opportunities.
* Develop this role! - Identify potential areas of improvement.
* Support opportunities for more streamlined processes through digital technology
The Successful Compliance & Supply Chain Administrator
* Organised and disciplined individual with a high level of attention to detail, and good levels of document control.
* Confident and an ability to communicate at all levels.
* Comfortable to undertake works on your own initiative but also be very much part of the wider team.
* Desire to support continuous improvement feeding back lessons learned to inform future sales efforts and project delivery.
* Desired, but not essential, the individual will have some experience working in a similar role or have a keen interest in supply chain development
* c£25k to £30k
