Role Overview:
As a School Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations in a South Birmingham school, you will also need to be capable to work in a busy school environment. Your expertise will ensure that financial processes run smoothly, enabling schools to focus on providing quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records and manage the school's budget.
* Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
* Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and school policies.
* Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to manage funding and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within a busy educational setting.
* Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
