Job Title - Systems Engineer

Location - Peterborough

Salary - £40,000 - £65,000 (D.O.E)

Yoh has partnered with a global engineering company that has a long-standing history of providing solutions to industries such as power generation, oil & gas, mining, and more. They are looking for Systems Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis, and this role offers an exciting opportunity within a growing and established business specializing in clean energy and industrial gas markets.

This role would suit a systems engineer with a strong understanding of systems engineering principles, and the ideal candidates would have experience in the Oil and Gas or Power Generation industries with knowledge of high-speed rotating machinery.

Some of the responsibilities include:

* Develop systems architecture and design, adhering to customer requirements, standards, and legislation.

* Oversee all lifecycle phases, including installation and commissioning, with a focus on high-speed rotating machinery and control systems.

Required skills & experience:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas or Power Generation.

* Experience working to industry standards, which could be within highly regulated fields such as Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Medical, etc.

* Degree in a related engineering topic and Chartered Status preferred.
